I purchased my Fitbit Charge 4 June 2021, the watch broke where it connects to the band? The watch still works, I can not connect it to a watch band!!!

Hi there @Kimmy81. It's good to see you back in the Community.
I understand how you feel with this situation. I'd recommend you reach out to Support Team for further assistance.
Hope this helps.
Best Answer@Kimmy81 that is so weird because I purchased my Fitbit Charge 4 June 2021 and the watch broke where it connects to the band? That was last week and today it seems to be losing its charge. I charge it up and in a few minutes its dead. I agree that its way to much money to spend on something that doesn't last for more than 1 year and 4 months.
Best AnswerI had the same problem, and I was able to repair it successfully. Search "Broken strap connector: Successfully repaired! DIY"
