Charge 4 Color bars still not correct

For almost a year, there has been a bug with the color coding of my workouts, and so far fit bit has been no help. The breakout of fat burn, cardio, and peak in my summary screen and detailed screen do not match, and the color coding is not the same between the 2 screens. I don’t know which one I can trust. It’s time for me to upgrade and if customer support is not helpful I welcome suggestions for other brands. Can ANYONE tell me how to fix this?

@Mickeddie   You are describing an issue with the mobile app, not the Charge 4 itself.  Do you use an Android or iPhone?  You might be describing a known bug.  Your post can get moved to a better fit forum and you can follow it for updates.
