I am a new user. I have worn consistently for 6 days. The Sp02 and heart rate report every day, skin temperature has never reported. The sleep score, breathing rate and HRV have reported only once (yesterday). I always ‘start sleep’ and ‘awake’ via the app. I am wearing in the position described - all other features working fine

 

I have:

restarted whilst on charge

logged out logged back in

 

what else can I do  - the sleep detail was an important feature in my decision to select the C4?

@HelenCheer , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message and for trying to restart and reset the Charge 4. 

 

Just to confirm: your Charge 4 already received the Firmware update to V.  1.100.43?

Hi yes it is - no updates to run outstanding.  The full suit of information has run twice in 3 weeks I have been wearing it. There is no sense to when it died or doesn’t report accurately. The sleep score has reported about 4 times.

 

it appears to be a commonly reported fault. Please advise what to do next. Thanks
