Went on vacation and noticed the device turning off after getting in the pool. After going back to the room, I noticed the battery was dead. When I plugged it it, the ‘happy face’ lit up on the screen but then nothing. It doesn’t charge or turn on. I have tried to do a hard reset by holding the side button while connected to the power cord/charger but nothing is working. Now that we are back, I need to get this issue resolved. This is the second issue I have had with this device. Can I send it back to have it fixed?
