Charge 4 battery charger is not connecting. Dead display screen. I have tried holding down the button but no smiley face. It has been plugged in since Tuesday Night. Dead Dead Dead and from reading the community board, a dead Charge 4 is happening across the country on this day, 6/15/2022. Purchased Summer 2021 (about a year ago). Charging for power has become the most frustrating process with the Charge 4. Charge 3 much much better. How can my Charge 4 be fixed?  I'm missing my steps and my Wellable points thru my employer. Help!

My charge 4 is also only 1 year old. I got to the smiley face screen and then it goes back to being dead. The fitbit app does not connect to watch. This is the 2nd fitbit that had only lasted 1 year.  If this one isn't fixable, I'm done with fitbit 😪

Thank you for the welcome! I used the live chat feature today, they tried to walk me through all the things I had already tried. I later received an email that my device is no longer eligible to be replaced under warranty. I found it sad that they offered me 35% off of a new device. This one only lasted a year,  and so did the one before.  I will not be wasting any more money on a fitbit device.
