Hi,

My charge 4 display is so dim that I could not see what is on the display even under shelter. I tried rebooting, setting the brightness to normal and nothing helps. Could you help advice what is wrong? It is display or app issue?

Make sure you are not in Sleep Mode.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Common problem, apparently not a fault so you just have to live with it.
