My Charge 4 display has stopped working. It doesn’t give any haptic feedback either.
I tried resetting it (which I’ve done before) and that will not work.
I tried changing the clock face (which I’ve done before) and that did not work.
The device is paired and syncing with my phone. The sensor lights are on and responding. My phone is showing an active connection and sees the device.
Only the display and haptics are not working.

I'm having the exact same issue. I've chatted with someone from FitBit and tried everything they suggested. The final option, they offered me 35% off of a new device. Not what I was hoping for.
