Charge 4 - Exercise Not Being Recorded

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I go to the gym six times a week for 2 hours. For the past two weeks, my FitBit has not recorded anything which it used to. I've rebooted, disconnected, done everything listed in the forum and this has changed nothing. Any recommendations beside getting an Apple watch?

@MPCH , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message and efforts.

I assume that you are trying to automatic recognize your exercises with the Charge 4, right?

There can be various reasons why your activities were not recorded or recognized.

For example, the activity is not fully recognized by your movement patterns.

You paused for more than 30 seconds during the first few minutes, so the tracker might "think" the exercise was over.

I recommend restarting your tracker and setting different start times for activities. For example, set it to 10 minutes for a walk, 15 for a run, 20 for an outdoor bike ride, etc., and/or ignoring the activities you don't use.

You can find the instructions for this here.OpenCan I change how my activities are tracked?

Check the Fitbit.com dashboard on this website.  Is your data there?  If so, then you have the problem that many of us have: it records data and stores data but doesn't send data to the App (or the App gets the data and can't display the data it gets).

Thank you for attempting to answer, unfortunately, it made no difference, regardless of how many times I did it.

Thanks for your help, unfortunately it looks like the data is missing from the website as well.
