My charge 4 0 which I got in October 2022 has a faded screen - impossible to read - and my reminders for moving etc have stopped working - it is still syncing, which is a good thing! I tried to contact Fitbit direct, but can only seem to get them on Twitter - I dont have and dont want a twitter account lol - I am in Australia and all of their contact is USA Does anybody have any idea what i could do?

Hi there @annedwyer, it's great to have you in the Community.
I appreciate the feedback and comments. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then follow these instructions to restart your device.
You can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
Also check if the Sleep Mode or Do Not Disturb Mode are On in your device.

🙂 Thank you!! I followed all of the suggestions, and re-did all of my settings - it is now working perfectly - made sure the brightness was on normal, and that the Do Not Disturb is turned off - I didnt even know these settings were on my watch lol! Very non tech savvy 72 year old!

I had a charge 4 device with a faulty display, and I too was not getting any notifications . I chucked the device and bought a new Fitbit charge 4 on Amazon . Seems to work. However the skin temp does not work anymore . Has this been removed by Fitbit most recent software update?
