So, I’m having a new issue with the buggy Charge 4 heart rate tracking. When I track a non-gps workout, it almost doubles my heart rate.
Here’s my example:
Sitting at rest between 49 and 55bpm
Same position, start tracking walk or run with gps = between 49 and 55bpm
Same position, start tracking “workout” or yoga = between 97 and 120bpm
Really?! Completely inaccurate readings and all that change was starting workout tracking.
it is at the right wrist position, band not too tight, restarted, turned heart rate tracking off/on… I actually have to restart multiple times per day to get the heart rate back to reality.
Anybody experiencing similar problems?
This is my 3rd Fitbit device in 6 years, all others replaced when malfunctioning (usually gps). Wondering if it is time to say goodbye and move to Garmin.
