Charge 4 Not Vibrating

Set up my new Charge 4 and can’t get it to vibrate for text messages. I have checked DND and Sleep Mode. I have followed all the trouble shooting tips for checking Bluetooth and settings on my phone to allow notifications. My phone is up to date and so is my app. I have restarted my phone and rebooted my Charge 4. Not sure what else to try. Device is synced and keeping my step count. Any suggestions appreciated!

@Fitwalker99 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for describing what you already tried. 

 

Just to confirm, the Charge 4 DOES vibrate, for the the silent alarms, achieving a goal, but not for notifications or it doesn't vibrate at all?
