Charge 4 Replacement strap

Where in South Africa ( Johannesburg ) can I purchase a replacement strap ? Have tried 4 different retailers and they all say buy on line. Want to physically see and fit the strap before I pay for it.

Hi @SunsetRunner  I like being able to see and touch items before purchasing, too, but often there is no choice. A Fitbit Moderator has been notified about your post and should be by to address it. Is Amazon an option for you? I know they allow returns of items, so that might be an option for you.

@SunsetRunner , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. I'm not quite familiar with the stores in South Africa, but you should find Fitbits on most big fitness or electronic stores, as well as some department stores. This if you want to check the bands physically. 

Otherwise, our Online store or Amazon are good options. 

You mentioned that your bands needed replacement.
