Users who own a Fitbit Charge 4, can I please have your reviews and thoughts on the device. I'm torn between the Charge 4 and Inspire 2, but leaning towards the Charge 4.

I liked my charge 4, had a previous charge before. But the 4 clasp broke just after a year of use. I’m disappointed it didn’t last as long as my previous one.

In the iOS forum in the community a number of people have become very frustrated with the inability of Fitbit to correct the step streak reporting problems. It is surprising to see how many people are considering switching from Fitbit to the Apple Watch. I am using a charge for purchase 18 months ago to replace a charge to. I have adapted to the charge for and it needs, but does not exceed my basic needs. I am a blind user, who is continuously frustrated by the lack of effort, put into making the iOS home screen compatible with Apple’s voiceover screen reader. I have contacted Google Disability Support and hope that future updates to the Fitbit iOS app will resolve the issues I have with many of the application screens. I know this did not answer your question. And probably this just confused the issue even more. Just remember knowledge is power and you have the power to make the decision as to what product is right for you and your lifestyle. Keep walking keep healthy and have a wonderful new year.

I have had a Charge 4 for just over 2 years. You will want to read all reviews here in this forum and also on Amazon. Lots of issues with the band connectors on the Charge 4 breaking. On my Charge 4 the screen looks to be dying and is so dim you cannot even see it anymore. I do like the Charge 4 for its size and comfort for wearing it at night to track sleep. I am going to be switching soon to another company to see if their device is better. I will probably try a Samsung product and if that is not right for me, I might go the Apple eco system. If you do decide to go with the Charge 4 make sure you take good care of it. Do not put it in water, clean the strap connectors often and when you put the strap on or take it off use the buttons on the Charge 4 that release the strap so as to not put stress on the cheap plastic connectors. Good luck on you decision.

I was disappointed to see that the charge for is no longer listed in the community forum. It has been lumped in with earlier charge trackers. From what I have read, it appears that the only help available in the forum will come from other community members, and not from the Fitbit moderator team.
