I've had my charge 4 for less than 6 months after upgrading from the 3. I was shocked to come home and find a crack at the top of my screen. I contacted customer support to be told this didn't fall under their warranty and that they would offer me 35% of a new device. Why on earth would I purchase another in the event the same thing happened again - fitbit used to make quality devices that lasted?!
After being a loyal customer to fitbit for years and purchasing several devices of them this has really came as a shock to me! I would understand if I had caused the crack but I have looked after this device!! Then upon looking further online it certainly appears this has been an issue with the charge 4 as I have read lots of issues other people have encountered!
I feel severely let down by fitbit - after this poor experience its safe to say I wont be purchasing another fitbit product.
