Charge 4 Wrist Placement

Hi all

having issues with HR accuracy during exercise and was looking for some suggestions on “wrist” placement please?

Presently wear watch on non-dominant wrist, 1-2cm above wristbone, watch-face on outside, and I find that HR can often “blank” on me or be 40-50bpm below expected?! Sometimes I will also pause/resume activity & find that it then jumps to expected HR! I have tried multiple placements to no great success.

Exercise is usually pretty strenuous HIIT, shadow boxing, or cardio weights.

Thanks in advance!

If I wear the Charge4 with the face to the palm side of my wrist,  it seems to get better readings on sleep time, which weighs possibly help with HR readings during exercise.

thanks Mike, will give that a shot - how far up/down your arm is the watch? Above/below wristbone, mid forearm, etc. as this is specifically the placement I’m after? 👍

It should be  loose enough to be comfortable,  but probably shouldn't move more than a couple of inches.  That's how I wear mine, and it seems to work ok.Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device

ok, thank you. Still had issues today during workout, but beginning to suspect it may just be me!!

I have always had issues finding a decent radial pulse as it is.
