Charge 4 and GPS

THIS IS THE LATEST REPLY TO THE LAST MESSAGE FROM FITBIT RE ISSUES WITH MY CHARGE 4 AND GPS.
I AM TIRED OF CONTINUAL DISTRACTIONS. 
SORT IT OUT OR GIVE ME A REFUND.
 
This has nothing to do with my phone. I have the charge 4 because the charge 3 I used to use stopped recording GPS , with my phone: fitbit offered a cheap deal to upgrade.
 
My charge 4's GPS used to work fine, up to a couple of months ago, then it stopped. Your support staff suggested a lot of resets: none worked.
 
You sent me a replacement device. The GPS doesn't stay on.  The new device is as useful as the one it replaced: the GPS doesn't provide data.
 
I am not faffing about with my phone: I set the GPS on the device the device tells me it had turned itself off.
 
Please sort this out.

Hi @AllanfaeNeilsto  these are the community forums where we use the Fitbit devices, but we aren't customer support. You'll need to get with them for assistance.
