I have the brightness on my charge for set to normal.
When I’m out for a walk, it goes into dim mode.
I have tried flip-flopping the brightness, but it still keeps going to dim mode when set to normal when I’m out for a walk.
is this happening for anyone else?
Is there a fix for this?
I have tried connecting my watch and pressing button to happy face. .

I edited the title and content. It is Charge 4 (not for). Siri had other ideas which I missed before posting.

Siri, Alexa or Google, they all seem to misunderstand me!
here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.

Please follow the steps listed here below:
Swipe left to reveal the apps on your device.
Keep swiping left until the Settings App and tap on it.
Look for the option "Brightness".
If it says "Dim" below, then you'll tap once on that part of the screen and it should change to "Normal".
Regards,
Will

I have done this several times. It is set to Normal.
Even though the Charge 4 is set to Normal, it seems to go to Dim when outside for a walk???
