My device is less than a year old. Please advise the possible reasons and solutions for the same.

Mine is only a month old and I had it fully charged this morning. It’s now dead at 9pm!!

This happening to me too this week since they fixed the display bug. Now only last about two days and dies.

Thank you for responding here. Yes your team has reached out and told me as my watch is 12 months and some days old, so basis your policy Fitbit can’t do anything. I can’t even get it repaired. I am not sure what to do with a watch with can’t even stand for 2 hrs. As a leading global company Fitbit should think about the bitter experience they are leaving behind with their customers. If I would have known it’s a use and throw product, I would have never put my money on this.
