My charge 4 has a totally black screen/face. I’ve tried long and short restarts while plugged in and on full charge and not plugged in. I’ve manually synced to the app. I’ve changed the watch face in my app. It vibrates to say it’s doing something, the actual tracking/heart rate etc works but the screen is totally black. Help! How do I fix this?

Hi @Monkey456, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
I appreciate all the troubleshooting steps you already tried to solve your situation by your own.
Just to confirm please sync the device in the Fitbit app in the following way:
After that also double-check the connection: Ensure secure connection to the charging cable and that the cable is plugged into a working USB port (computer or UL-certified wall charger)
