Hi, @muskegobill, welcome to the community, I'm uncertain if your screen is just dim or off. If it's dim check your Do not disturb and sleep settings. Touch the side button for about 2 seconds and you should get "Do not disturb" and "Sleep", touch the icons to toggle off/on they should both be off. swipe up and check "screen wake" is on. Return to the clock face, swipe left to "settings" the first you are presented with is "brightness" again touch the icon to toggle "auto", "normal" or "dim", set to "auto" or "normal". Check you are not in a "sleep mode" time period.

If there is still a problem or your screen is in fact totally blacked out "reboot" your charge 4 as demonstrated in the second part of this video.

If you are still stuck please post here again.

Cheers

Thanks for getting back, @muskegobill.

If you keep having this problem, I recommend restarting your Charge 4 by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If this process don't make any difference, try changing your clock face by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?.

Keep me posted.
