My Charge 4 screen doesn’t seem to work. My iPhone says its paired, and has full battery. Tried charging and hard rebooting it, no result. the green sensor on the bottom lights up so it seems to be working. can anyone help?

Hi there, @Greta4. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 4 before posting here. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
