Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Souska!
Sad to hear that you're Versa 4 isn't working as expected. Please try restarting it by pressing and holding it's side button for around 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on it's display.

If your Charge 4 fitness tracker from Fitbit is showing a blank screen or is unresponsive, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
Restart the device: Press and hold the button on the side of the Charge 4 for about 8-10 seconds until the screen turns off and the device vibrates. Release the button, and then press it again to turn it back on.
Check the battery level: Ensure that your Charge 4 has enough battery power. If the battery is low, charge it using the included charger or a compatible USB charger. Make sure the charging pins on the device and the charger are clean and properly aligned.
Reset the device: If the restart doesn't work, you can try resetting the Charge 4. To do this, connect the device to the charger and then press and hold the button for 15 seconds. After releasing the button, unplug the charger and wait for a few seconds before plugging it back in. Your Charge 4 should reset and turn on.
Regards,
Diana
