Charge 4 display won’t start

Hey Guys,

I was trying to get back to charge 4 after a long gap of year or so. Had it overnight charged, tracker vibrates and the sensor lights up green. But the display just won’t come up . Without the display I can’t login to the devise. Please help . TIA

Thank you so much for informing us about this situation and for all your efforts.

I suggest you try to restart your Charge 4:

1. Connect Charge 4 to the charging cable.
2. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the buttons. When you see a smiley face and your Charge 4 vibrates, the tracker restarted.
