Couldn't find a section for the Charge 4.
My new Charge 4 reads "Download or update app", but only has a left side button that doesn't do anything. It vibrates for a second, but holding for 15+ seconds does nothing. Swiping screen does nothing. Not my first Fitbit and haven't had issues before not.
This device is replacing an older Charge 4. The phone connected for a moment in BT, but the Fitbit app is stuck searching.
Do I need to return this device for a functioning one? Or is there a way to fix this device?
