My Fitbit is fully charged but has randomly switched itself off. I’m not at home so can’t connect it to the charger. Any ideas? Have held side button for 12 seconds as advised online, nothing happens

Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding your Charge 4. Sorry to know the situation.

If after performing the reset the device has not turned on, I'm afraid you will have to charge it once more.
