Fitbit Charge 4 is broken on one side of the main Fitbit so what should I do with the Fitbit? Does it need to be sent in to see if it can be replaced or is it a situation where I need to get a new one? I'm thinking that Fitbit doesn't make this model anymore. Just let me know by email or by phone.

Hi @NC65Bob18All what you need is customer support. These are the community forums where people who use the products post, so we can't help you. The Charge 4 is no longer being made and it can't be repaired. If it's working and you don't want to buy another Fitbit, check out the "protective cover band for Charge 4" on Amazon. It uses the pebble portion of your Charge 4, so you can keep using it without the broken bit being a concern.
here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.

Thanks for this response. I ordered the protective cover band for my Charge 4 on Amazon. Cost me $15. Works great. Just wish I had seen this before I spent $8 on a replacement band that had the same problem as my old band. Seems like a defect on the Charge 4. Other than the watch band problem I love my Charge 4. Hope it keeps on working for a long time.
