Charge 4 integration with Fiton

Hi, 

I did not see that Charge 4 doesn´t integrate with Fiton. Surely a big mistake from my side but will it do in the future? I love FitOn and it feels really bad that I can´t see my workouts logged in my Fitbit. I don´t believe it´s the same thing to log activities afterwards, it will not give the same accuracy.

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing trouble with your Charge 4. 

I've confirmed this integration is not available at the moment, as you can check here, this idea has been categorized as Not Currently Planned, but I do recommend that you vote for this idea since this helps the team of developers to keep popularity over time.

Thank you for your replay. Your forum is not the easiest to navigate but I can see that more users than I have asked the similar question. But what I don´t understand is how you at Fitbit can see how many that has totally voted for this change (since they are in different threads). And I can´t understand why the developers can´t do it since it works on other "Fitbits".  Can you please tell me more about it?

The team of developers in particular will only monitor the ideas posted in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community. If similar suggestions are posted throughout the different boards of the Community, they're usually redirected to the specific idea (like this one mentioned earlier), so other users can vote for the suggestion and the developers can keep track of popularity over time. 

The ideas that are implemented are usually the ones that are requested by a large amount of users in the forums and if they integration has been negotiated with the third party app.

I voted, but I’d also love integration for FitOn and Charge 4! It’s definitely a bummer they’re not linked. I’m holding off on premium until it’s fixed.

Please integrate Fiton

This irritates me a lot. It’s clearly a ploy to get us to upgrade to a Fitbit that is more like the Apple Watch.

I don’t want an Apple Watch nor do I want a FitBit device along those lines.

Quite upsetting I am considering cancelling my subscription to Fitbit.Fiton used to sync with the charger 3 actually.
