charge 4 stuck.. cannot do anything. Any advise?

I’m sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with your Fitbit Charge 4. Your time while dealing with this situation is highly appreciated.
To try to resolve this issue, please follow the next steps:
1. Remove your Charge 4 from your Fitbit account and Bluetooth.
2. Restart your tracker and mobile device.
3. Attempt setup again:
-Tap the Today tab , and tap your profile picture.
-Tap Set Up a Device.
-Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
