Charge 4 new app user experience terrible

Since updating the app my experience has been terrible. I open the app every morning and review my sleep. Since the update my charge 4 is gone every day and needs to be re-paired under “add device”. After doing this sometimes my sleep data has been tracked sometimes it’s saying “no data”. I have followed all steps from another post to get sleep data to show as well as rebooted as suggested by Customer Support when I contacted them. Nothing works. If this isn’t fixed I’m going to look into another smartwatch because this is just too frustrating.

Me too. New app is terrible. It reset my step goal to 1 million steps a day, it won’t display my daily step count, and will not sync. I’ve been a loyal user from the very first Fitbit despite lousy charging mechanisms, terrible wrist straps and just niggly problems over the years. This is definitely my last Fitbit. For all I’ve spent I might as well just get a different beast like an Apple Watch. Very disappointing
