Charge 4 not charging

So my fit bit quit charging today I've had it over a year but have only been using it for about 2 months.

I've checked the charger cable for voltage and it appears to be working fine.

Also cleaned the contacts on the back of the fitbit and have tried several different power supplies.

And the computer as well. I do not get the vibration when I charge the it. It was working fine and its only charging thats quit. I'm unsure what to do as I need this fitbit in order to maintain my health care coverage with a premium that I can still afford.
