Hi everyone, my Fitbit app kept crashing So I uninstalled and reinstalled it.  It was t syncing at all either so I removed my charge 4 to reset it up.  Well that was a mistake since I can t set it up anymore   when I put in the code it keeps saying connected and the Fitbit says Download or update Fitbit app to set up.  I can't update the Fitbit app since there's no option to do so.  I tried resetting the Bluetooth, Fitbit, phone and nothing.  Im at a loss as to what to do. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Exact same thing for me- stopped syncing, so restarted phone, reset Bluetooth, removed charge 4 from app, removed app, ect and whenever I try to set up the device, it comes up with ‘download or update app to get started’ and after I type in the 4-digit code the app says there was an error trying to pair the device. Glad it’s not just me, I guess?
