My Charge 4 has been dead for a while, mean not charged. I’m charging it now, but the app doesn’t seem to be able to find it and I can’t figure out how to turn on the Charge 4.

OK I switched to a different charger and it seems to be working now. (My original charger was breaking apart so I went to eBay for some new ones.)

Hello @Knaiad and welcome to the Community. I put my Charge 4 (also not used in a while) on its charger to see what happens. I initially saw a smiley face and could interact with the screen a bit -- as soon as I plugged it in. Now when I raise and wake the screen, I see the battery charge progress. I saw this within a few minutes of putting it on the charger. I didn't feel any vibration when the charger attached. Are you seeing any charging progress? Please make sure the charger is properly attached to the pebble. I'm using an old iPhone charging block. Try a different power source.

Yes, all those things usually happen when I need to charge mine. But the pebble screen is blank and the app says it’s looking for the Charge 4, and that the battery is full, which is impossible. I just tried swiping, up and down and left and right. Nothing happens, Hasn’t changed since my first post.
Honestly, It seems to be dead. Do these Charge 4’s have a habit of dying suddenly?
