Charge 4 screen changed

With last charge of Charge 4, the screen completely changed.  Steps are continuous, not daily and that's just a sample.

I would try restarting your Charge 4 to see if that resolves the issue. Watch this YouTube video to see how to restart your Fitbit tracker properly: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=RergqNUcZa0. You will not lose any of your previous date performing a restart
