Charge 4 screen dead and no vibration but still synching

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My charge 4 suddenly apparently died. Blank screen, no vibrations nor alarms. Not even when on charge. However it still synchs and records data to my phone. Side button no longer depresses to bring up the screen. So it is now simply a recorder for data gathering to my phone. No alarms, reminders, feedback, clock, notifications. Nothing

My Charge3 also so dim these days that I am looking for something else other than fitbit brand.

My first one did the same thing so I bought another thinking it would be better. It wasn't. They have a design issue. Go find something else.

OK - so I got on the Fitbit Help CHat. after a couple of questions it was wstablished that the CHarge 4 was indeed dead. It was 14 months old, so still underwarranty.  Within 5 minutes a replacement had been rearranged free of charge and dispatched the same day.  so, a good result and excellent customer service, but it shouldn't have gone wrong in the first place!

Same thing here. And it's not the first fitbit I've had, where you can no longer read the screen. I like it when it works, but for the price, I'm sure there's a better product out there.
