The screen on my charge 4 is so dim I can hardly read the face. The battery is fully charged, no software updates available, I restarted it with the button method, and it is on Normal in the watch settings.
What can I do?
Thank you!!

Hello @Deeceescreen! Welcome to our community forums!
I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 4 screen is too dim. Thank you for sharing the details and steps you have been trying.
Once you have checked your screen brightness settings, confirm that Do Not Disturb and Sleep modes are turned off, to verify press and hold the button, and swipe left to access the quick settings screen. Tap a setting to turn it on or off. When you turn off a setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it.

@Deeceescreen You wrote that you checked the screen brightness. Sleep mode changes the brightness to dim, but DND has no effect.
Unfortunately, Fitbit’s monochrome screens can fail over time. There is no fix for this.
