My charge 4 screen stopped working, a few hours ago.
It's still syncing with the app and counting steps etc as raised with Fitbit as only bought in Jan 2021 (I'm UK based). They have said they will email me when they confirm warranty, any idea's how long this will take?? Thanks

Best AnswerThank you. It was purchased through a work reward scheme, only in jan 2021. Feel lost now the screen doesn’t work. Love my Fitbit
Best AnswerI have this problem too, just 2 hours ago. I've tried hard restart and the display still won't work.
Best AnswerMine now isn’t syncing or counting on the app
Best AnswerI am having the same issue- my charge 4 won't respond at all! Is yours also not responding to the button on the side being pressed?
I’m getting a replacement as it was only 14 months old 🙌🏻
Best AnswerScreen was black and button didn’t do anything or vibrate
Best AnswerNope 👎🏻 Button doesn’t do anything
Best AnswerI sent a tweet to Fitbit support and filled in the form they sent
There is further help topics on doing a hard slow restart.
if your charge 4 is not syncing: put it on the charger and holding down the button for 15 seconds, during which it may or may not vibrate. Take it off the charger and then put it back on and you may see a smiley face. You may then need to do the following,
if you are syncing go to the Fitbit app and change the clock to a different one. This seems to do a full restart.
the problem is none of this seems to work in some instances and seems a common problem with the Charge 4, I had this problem last week and my Fitbit is being replaced it is only 16 months old. An offer from Fitbit themselves.
Best AnswerThat’s good news! I take it you live in a country with a 2 year warranty and not the US?
Yes I’m in the uk
Best AnswerThat’s what I thought. I hope that your new Fitbit lasts a long, long time! Good luck
Best AnswerYes, mine died at the same time. Overnight. Just dead with nothing to indicate it was going to die. Nothing in the hints or tips worked at all. I am glad you live where the warranty is two years. I was out of luck, but since I got an extended warranty, at least I got my money back.
