Recently bought a charge 4 but the brightness is really low even when it's set to normal. Most of the time I need to stare at it up close to even get what it's showing. Is this expected of a charge 4 or is this a software glitch I'm experiencing

Hi there, @Jchy. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 4 screen is too dim. Thanks for the photo attached. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
As a first approach, I'd recommend the following steps:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Bonjour,
Cordialement
Nicole
