Charge 4 screen won't activate when moving arm

Hold in side button a few seconds;  scroll down to 'Screen Wake'; tap to toggle on (or off).

Tried holding button and scrolling down “screen wake” unable to change to “on”. Also cannot change “dnd” setting

Hi, @Percam Try to "reboot" your Charge 4, this video demonstrates the process in the second part. Then repeat the steps advised by @JohnnyRow.

If this fails swipe left from the clock face to settings then up to "sleep mode", toggle to off, Post here again to let us know how you get on.

yea, got affected too.

Try disabling "Sleep".  This worked for me.  I could then change the "Screen Wake" option.
