My fitbit is on bright in it's settings, but the screen won't light up at all, this has happened progressively over the last month. Is there any solve for this? I have tried restarting it, but it won't shut down

I am having the same issue as well. I read what they responded to you and the 24 hour chat feature is not working either. My fitbit is not lighting up at all.
