Charge 4 showing incorrect stats

The daily mileage is completely wrong. If I add up the number of miles shown for each hour during the day it is approximately accurate.  But the daily total shown is about twice as many miles. So yesterday my hourly distances added up to 2.8 miles but the daily total is showing as 4.93 miles.

And today I have so far been upstairs just once since waking but it says I’ve climbed two flights.

 

Anyone else having these issues?

I have a Charge 4 and an issue with the listed flights of stairs, too. I'm not trying to "outdo" you, but my device has tracked 80+ on a day when I on did 3 flights. I have been looking for help for a long time, but I have never found a solution. I have a Charge 4 and an issue with the listed flights of stairs, too.
