@Patdun , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

Do the green LEDs blink?
Do you see anything on the display?
After syncing the Charge 4 do you see the info on the Fitbit app?

In the meantime, please try restarting the Charge 4 How do I restart my Fitbit device?
