Overnight 4 days ago my charge for stop telling me my sleep stages my heart rate the time in between my heartbeats all that stuff it won't give it to me anymore or my sleep score

Mine did the same thing a week ago. Only thing it records is the steps. Tried all the restart, blah, blah, blah stuff and nothing works to correct the problem. Would be nice to get an answer as to why. It shouldn't just poof happen.
