Charge 4 unresponsive to tapping Exercise

About 75% of the time, my fitbit has no problems when I swipe to Exercise, then select the exercise type.

 

The rest of the time, trying to tap Exercise (or even the Spotify option under it) it's completely unresponsive. 

 

Eventually, after a few hours, it works again.

 

I realize I can reboot the watch but thats not an option when you're not home, which negates all exercise options like hiking, walking, cycling...anything not indoors.

 

It's annoying when you have a device meant to log your fitness and it only works part of the time and the fix requires the charger.

Please hold the button of the Charge 4 and verify that the sleep and don't disturb options are off. 

Tapp on the settings to change it.
