Charge 4 - unwanted notifications

I turned off all notifications on my Charge 4.  this week I have had notifications (annoying buzz) at random times.  I missed what the first one was but the second was 150 and the third was 300.  both had "fireworks" going off.  I have no idea what it is notifying me of and can't find a way to make it stop.

The messages described could be either the achievement of 1 of your goals (Steps, cals, distance, etc.) or t the reminder to move.
