Are the contacts and pins clean?  Without more details, that's my best guess.  If you need more help with charging issues, please be more specific.  Since we're not with you, we can't help you if we don't have more details.

Again, can you provide more details? "Will not charge" is too vague.we need to know exactly what's happening in order to help you. Remember, we're not with you, so we can't see what's happening.

Yes they were its been sent back to them we tried  when I talked with them and could not get it going so they had me send it to them so now its a waiting game to get it back

My Fitbit wont charge either, have tried all sockets in my house cleaned the pins and also cleaned the back of watch still nothing, why it was on low but now no sign of anything.

Hi, I have the same problem. My Charge 4 won't charge. It's brand new, so all of the pins are clean. I had it plugged in all night and it didn't charge. I'm wondering if I had it attached to the charger incorrectly.

My Charge 4 is brand new and I can't get it to charge either.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this battery issue. If your trackers aren't charging, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and follow the instructions provided there.

Mine won't either.  It's only 2 months old.  I had the Fitbit Charge 2 before and that gave out as well after a year.  I let my husband talk me into buying another.  They have got to get their charging issues figured out.

I tried everything.  Nothing works.  It is only 2 months old.  Try to get a hold of customer support.  No chat and to send a message, you have to sign up for Twitter.  I guess I'll have to find time to call and wait on hold for an hour or so.

Had to leave an update.  I finally got the chat to work and spent about 10 minutes waiting and then about a 3 minute chat about the things I tried and they are now sending me a replacement.  I will make sure I post again when I receive it.  If that is it, then I am a happy camper.

My Fitbit Charge 4 would not charge.  I cleaned the contacts on the charging cable and the tracker.  It still would not charge.  I went to reboot on the Charge 4 and tried rebooting there.  Still no success.   I then attached the charger to the tracker and held down the side button until the Charge 4 rebooted this way.  My Charge 4 started to charge.  Hope this helps someone else.

it won't charge that is vague!!  my phone won't charge either!  what part of won't charge do you understand!  people like you are reason I won't buy another fitbit
