Charge 4 won't charge

Well guess what my Charge 4 isn't charging even though I cleaned the pins, the charger itself as per website instructions.

I have changed USB port several times plus the items used to charge it just in case.

Never had a problem before.

Is this a cunning move from Google to get us to upgrade?????

Hi there, @Cliodhna91. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 4 before posting here. 

To better assist you, please restart your Charge 4 by following these steps. Then, try charging your Fitbit device and see how it goes. 

If the issue persists, according to your post it seems you clean the pins of the charger but not on your Charge 4, so I suggest doing the same procedure with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

this is also happening to me since yesterday and i verified that yesterday the app was updated. could it be some problem related to this update?

Please note that if your Fitbit device is not charging, that's not related to the Fitbit app update. With that being said, I suggest following the tips and recommendations I've shared here
