Charge 4 won't pair

Hi, I have a charge 4 and its stuck on the pairing code screen.  Here's the steps I have already taken:

 

I have tried resetting my phone, bluetooth off and on, resetting the charge 4, unpairing, reinstalling fitbit app, creating a new login, tried it with 2 phones and it just stays on the pairing code screen and doesnt change.

 

Please help?
