My fitbit charge 4's home button on the side is unresponsive ever since putting the device into sleep mode when I slept the night prior.
Due to the haptic button not working it's impossible to restart the device since there is no other way.
Cleaning the pins on the charger and the charging recepticle on the device itself doesn't do anything.
When plugging the device into the charger nothing happens. No vibration. No smiley face or charging percentage either. Nothing.
However the green LED is still shining the whole time which makes me believe this might be the software that locked up.
Is there no other way to force reboot the device? Pretty bad design if that's the case.
