Ive performed  restart while charging twice and still not updating. What next ?

Are you referring to a firmware update or your Charge 4 is not syncing? If you're talking about a FW, please see Why can't I update my Fitbit device? 

Regarding the syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
