Hi! I got a problem with my Fitbit Charge HR 2, it apparently works ok with no issues, but at some point of the day, it starts changing menus like crazy, like if the button was being pressed constantly until the battery drains.
This one is pretty old so I believe it's out of warranty so I would like to give it a try and fix it myself, I tried doing a factory reset but it didn't work, at some point, it started cycling through the menus again.
Could I get a hint on what could I do in order to fix it? Does it look like hardware or software issue? I've checked the button and it seems to be unpressed so it is not a matter of the button getting stuck, could ti be a screen problem?

My Charge HR 2 cycles through the stop watch, starting over and over again. Now it is stuck on a screen showing just a heart. No pulsation. The battery was fully charged, now 1/4 full. Why is it doing this? I rely on my tracker to monitor my heart rate and log my walks, as I am a senior. It's been wonderful till about 2-3 weeks ago, when it began randomly doing this.
I just now held the button till something changed; the screen went blank, and then returned a message "all things come to those who..." Now the screen shows a heart with what appears to be 'wind' blowing through it, and 'Relax - 2 min" showing. After two minutes, it starts cycling thorough till the heart and -- BPM showing wiggling sideways. Is my HR 2 FUBAR?
